If you are not completely satisfied with any of your wines, then you can return them to us and we will refund the cost of the wine, with no quibble or fuss.

Please note; On some wines we state the current vintage date. However if this vintage changes, we will send out the latest version to you. We work very hard to provide our customers with update information, However sometimes one slips through the net. If a particular vintage is important to you, please get in touch and we will clarify the vintage we have in stock. Also, please note that the pictures on this site are also as accurate as possible but are used as a guide only.

i) The Delivery Charge and any costs incurred whilst returning the wines will not be refunded.
ii) Wine Club Members will have the bottle replaced when next delivery/order is planned.
iii) Whist every effort is made to ensure all pricing is accurate; we reserve the right to withdraw any orders that have been inadvertently priced incorrectly.
