We also aim to make sure that they reach you in tip top condition. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your wines for any reason, please contact us on;

Explain the reason for wanting to return the wine and we will get back to you as soon as possible to arrange collection.

Please note; We will only refund the price of the wine and no delivery/collection costs.
