Here at Premium Wines we aim to get your order to you as quick as possible.As we purchase all of our wines direct, to avoid the middle man and to offer you the best possible prices, our delivery times can vary. We quote delivery from order to door step in 7-10 working days. However, we still aim to get you your order as soon as humanly possible - Remember the saying “The best things come to those that wait”!
Our wines are delivered using APC, ensuring your wines are delivered to you in perfect condition using their secured delivery system.
Packaging: In order to reduce waste, wherever possible, we will use the original supplier box for onward despatch to you. Alternatively, if these boxes are not up to the job, we will re-pack into our own hi-spec boxes. We'd rather make sure you get your wine in one piece than risk breaking a bottle.
Why a delivery charge? Well, rather than to hide the delivery charge into the cost of the wine we want to be completely transparent. So, this way you see what the actual cost of the wine is, and what you are really paying for delivery.
Delivery is charged at £6.99 per order to one UK mainland address. We only deliver to mainland UK - Sorry!
Delivery Times: 95% of deliveries will happen before 1pm Monday to Friday.
Obviously none of us want to spend all day waiting in for a delivery, so if there is a safe place the wine can be left if you are out, it will make the delivery much easier. Just let us know when placing your order via the special instructions box*.
If you prefer to have the wine delivered to you in person, we will of course do so. If you are not there, the driver will leave a card for you to arrange a more convenient delivery time*.

Ordering a Gift? If you are ordering a gift or for an occasion, please try to allow extra time for delivery, or contact us for a expected delivery date. You can also add a message to your parcel via the special instructions box, located in the checkout area.
Minimum Order Value £60.00 (excluding delivery charge).
* If deliveries are left unattended, please note that this is at your own risk and Premium Wines or APC take no responsibility for your goods, once delivered.
** APC will attempt to make a delivery on two seperate occasions. If you miss both deliveries, please note your wines will be returned to us and there will be an extra charge for items being re-sent. APC will always leave a calling card along with a day they will next attempt delivery. if you are not going to be in on the next day, please contact your local APC Depot to arrange a suitable delivery time or self collection from the depot.
